ABSENTEE BID FORM , ,

By placing an absentee bid, you authorize Wyoming Estate Services LLC to bid on your behalf up to the limit of your bid. We will purchase these items for you at the lowest possible bid to the best of our ability, but will not be held responsible if circumstances prevent us from doing so. If there are multiple absentee bids on a particular item, Wyoming Estate Services LLC will open the bidding with the second highest bid and advance the bidding from there; the lower bids will not be executed. If a live bidder does not open on the floor, the auction staff will open the bid at approximately one-half (1/2) of your absentee bid.

Successful absentee bidders will pay a 10% buyer’s premium. For example, if your maximum bid is successful at $100.00, then you will pay an additional 10% buyer’s premium ($10.00), making the total cost of the item to you $110. If shipping is required, we will ship to you by UPS Insured Ground; we will notify you of the cost when we contact you about payment. All items must be paid for by cashiers check or money order before pick-up or shipment.

Absentee bids must be received no later than 12 noon of the day preceding the auction. Upon receipt of this form, we will telephone you to verify your bids.
